Damaged or Incorrect Items?
We want you to love your gear! If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the incorrect size/style by mistake, please let us know right away. Email us at returns@jakedoe.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly process a free replacement for you immediately—no need to mail anything back.
